QuickQ privacy policy: what we collect and what we do not

The QuickQ privacy policy rests on collecting as little as possible: we keep only what running the service and settling payments require. This policy applies from August 17, 2026.

What we collect

Limited to what providing the service requires.

Account details

Registered mailbox and subscription status, used for sign-in checks and billing.

Necessary technical data

Client version numbers and crash logs, used to locate defects.

Device identifiers

Used to count devices online under one account and to let you remove them.

What we do not collect

This data is neither logged nor stored.

Browsing activity

What you visit and what you read is not recorded.

Message contents

The contents carried over a connection are not retained.

Contacts and photos

The client does not read contacts, photo libraries or other unrelated personal data.

Your rights

You may exercise these at any time.

Access and correction

Ask to see or correct the account details we hold.

Deletion

Request account deletion and we will remove the associated data.

Withdrawing consent

Stop using the service and switch off auto-renewal.
