QuickQ subscription plans: pick by how long you plan to use it

QuickQ subscriptions come in monthly, quarterly and yearly terms only. The features are identical; the billing cycle and effective unit price are what differ. Payment and renewal rules are collected here, updated August 17, 2026.

Three billing cycles

Most people start short, then move to a longer term once it suits them.

Monthly

Billed each month. A fit for travel or short bursts of use, and auto-renewal can be switched off at any time.

Quarterly

Three months per term. Cheaper per month than monthly, and sensible if you use it steadily but prefer smaller payments.

Yearly

The lowest unit price, usually chosen by long-term individual users and small teams.

What a subscription includes

All three terms carry exactly the same features; nothing is held back.

Every route

During your term you can use every route listed in the client, and later additions appear automatically.

Devices online together

Laptop and phone at the same time, managed by you, with unused devices dropped whenever you like.

Tickets first

Email from subscribers is handled ahead of the queue, usually answered within one business day.

Renewal and cancellation

Auto-renewal can be turned off in your account page; billing then stops at the end of the current term.

Payment and receipts

Payment is handled by third-party providers, and we do not store your card details.

Accepted methods

Common online payment methods are supported; the checkout page shows what is available to you.

How fast it applies

Subscription status normally updates immediately. If it has not, sign out of the client and back in to refresh.

Refunds

Send eligible refund requests to the official mailbox, stating your account and the order date.
