Keep your account and password safe; losses from lending or leaking them rest with the account holder.
No bulk resale, no deliberate bandwidth hogging, and nothing else that spoils the service for others.
Reverse engineering, cracking and unauthorised redistribution are not permitted.

You are charged once for the term you choose, and again automatically if auto-renewal is on.
Switch auto-renewal off in your account page at any time; billing stops after the current term.
Submit eligible requests through the official mailbox and we will review each one.
New prices apply only to terms starting afterwards and never to a term already paid for.
We work to keep the service up, and the limits deserve stating plainly.
Routes and features may change temporarily for maintenance or events beyond our control; major changes are announced in advance.
Problems caused by your own hardware, network conditions or misuse fall outside our commitments.
Revisions are published on this page, and continued use counts as acceptance.
If a dispute arises, both sides should first try to settle it amicably.
