QuickQ terms of service: rules of use and subscription terms

Using the QuickQ client means you accept these terms, which cover rules of use, subscription billing, the limits of our liability and how terms change. Effective from August 17, 2026.

Rules of use

Use the client only within the laws and regulations that apply.

Lawful use

You must follow the local laws and regulations that apply to you and must not use the client for unlawful activity.

Account responsibility

Keep your account and password safe; losses from lending or leaking them rest with the account holder.

Fair use

No bulk resale, no deliberate bandwidth hogging, and nothing else that spoils the service for others.

No tampering

Reverse engineering, cracking and unauthorised redistribution are not permitted.

Subscriptions and billing

The billing rules are all here; there are no extra clauses.

Billing cycle

You are charged once for the term you choose, and again automatically if auto-renewal is on.

Cancelling renewal

Switch auto-renewal off in your account page at any time; billing stops after the current term.

Refund requests

Submit eligible requests through the official mailbox and we will review each one.

Price changes

New prices apply only to terms starting afterwards and never to a term already paid for.

Service and liability

We work to keep the service up, and the limits deserve stating plainly.

Availability

Routes and features may change temporarily for maintenance or events beyond our control; major changes are announced in advance.

Exclusions

Problems caused by your own hardware, network conditions or misuse fall outside our commitments.

Updated terms

Revisions are published on this page, and continued use counts as acceptance.

Disputes

If a dispute arises, both sides should first try to settle it amicably.
